A room with a King Size bed will be $99, Doubles will be $104/night.

Note: As of June 1st, there are no double rooms immediately available. However, there are still Executive King Suites with sofa beds. The manager has assures us that he will continue checking for available doubles and try to get as many of our members in doubles as want them, but there's no guarantee.

In order to try and reserve a double, please phone the hotel between 9am and 5pm Central time and ask for Daniel Grajdura (the manager), or email him directly.

Some members have reported having trouble reserving King rooms at the con rate. There are plenty of King rooms available, so if you have trouble, again, please contact the manager.

If booking by phone: VIVB for a King room, VIVC for a Double room
If booking onine: VIVVIVB for King, VIVVIVC for Double

Please keep the number of roommates to four or fewer: the hotel has fire code issues, and we need to meet room block requirements to keep the cost of our meeting space down!
